You asked what to write about. This is everything in one place: the business, the software, and the MSA. You've been around for most of it, so none of this should be new. It's just all written down.
If it helps, these are the two things I'd most want a college to hear from you.
A marketing agency, an app on the App Store, a club that only existed on paper. None of it was handed to me.
Every one of these started rough. What made them work was going back and improving them.
Rubicon Marketing. I co-founded it in high school with two other students. We run Google Ads, build websites and apps, do AI automation, social media, and video and photo for local businesses. You've heard about most of this from me as it happened, the good months and the bad ones.
Targeted campaigns with full call and form tracking. 51 qualified leads and over $117,000 in revenue across two months.
A Reels-first content system with no paid promotion. 553K views, 36K likes, about 1,500 shares in 30 days.
Listing walkthroughs, property photos, and brand content for a Keller Williams team in the Lehigh Valley.
Wrote a full assessment for a company that wanted to start selling its software in the US: the market, the competition, and what they'd have to fix first.
I taught myself to code, mostly by building things and figuring out why they broke. Most of what I build solves a problem I actually had.
Scans what's in your fridge and pantry and gives you real recipes you can make with what you already have. I built it, got it through Apple's App Store review, and released it in August 2026.
I'm taking the SAT October 3. Instead of paying for a prep site I built my own: a daily plan, lessons, and a question player with 991 real College Board questions that tracks what I miss. My siblings use it too.
wmsa.pages.dev. Public pages for students, plus a leadership playbook that's locked behind a server-side login so it isn't exposed on the public site. You reviewed and approved it before it went to the school.
rubiconmarketing.pages.dev for the agency and subhanrealty.pages.dev for my brother's real estate business. Designed, built, and deployed myself.
President, second year. You've been the advisor the whole time, so you've seen every decision, including the ones that didn't go right.
When I took it over in 2025 the MSA only existed on paper. No schedule, no roles, no fundraisers that actually happened. That first year I had no VP or anyone else, so I planned everything, ran it, and cleaned up after it myself.
Year one ran on one person, and that was the problem. So this year there's a VP, a general manager, and a social media lead, and I wrote a full operations manual: every role, a chain of command, fundraising rules, and an approval process. The club doesn't depend on me anymore.
Last January we sold $20 jerseys at both Jumu'ah prayers at MALV. It sold out in one day and every dollar was donated. The club had never done anything at that scale before.
I built the attendance and feedback forms. 37 students from all four grades filled it out. I had them rate the plan and rate me as president, anonymously, and read every answer. Now I'm acting on it: more meetings, more food, and a vote for the next president.
I set up a President in Training who shadows me all year and takes over in 2027-28, so the club doesn't start from zero when I graduate.
I want to study computer science at Lehigh and go toward cybersecurity or AI. I haven't locked in which yet. What I know is I learn best by building something real and improving it as I go, and that's what I want to keep doing in college.
I'll send one quick check-in around October 18. If you want to talk through any of this, I'm around.
Thank you, Mr. Freeman.Rehman Mahmood · Class of 2027
